I liked some of the teammates I worked with. The process driven nature of the work was good to help feel organised and in control.

There wasn't enough camaraderie within the team vis-a-vis clients. I didn't feel supported enough with regard to the client and there was no culture of setting boundaries and as executives, we'd face the brunt of it. Neither were executives empowered to set their own boundaries vis-a-vis the client. Work-life balance was encouragedas a notion, but nothing was done to help make it happen.
