They have good product line in molecular but the management is very bad. Family bussiness. No growth. No respect to employeis.

No team. Underpaid staff. You have to handle everything by your own without support. No invesstment in people. False promses by management. No appreceiation. No growth. No respect. Family business. One man show. Incompetent and undesrving people in many important departments. Terrible work culture.

Good work Environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. But Management is not transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issues. Training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Culture, highly political environment, management related issues. Very noisy. Try to make employees life difficult. No professional growth. Product are in very bad condition and not really at par with other Diagnostics competitors. Very depressing!
