There is not a single thing which i can say about this organisation. They did not support me in this pandemic thats why i left this organisation.

Dislikes

The worst company and pathetic work culture. They do not support their employees. I suggest everyone please do not join this organisation. They hired me sales Engineer for Grundfos but when i joined after that they handed me Mettler. I put a resign and after that they are not giving me my experience or my salary.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
