It's just feel like working with my family. The Work culture is great. Very supportive and the team mates are nothing less than brothers and sisters. They take stand for me every time. As an Assistant Manager HR and Operations my job here is to get the correct requirements from my BD team. Assign the work to my team mates, providing them support and get the work done in time. I take care of the overall activity relating recruitment's.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
