Worst management and worst culture getting salary is not the main moto of any job , getting salary out of good service is very much necessary and they are not giving the authentic mid range gemstones to customers making fake lab certificates and not giving support to their employees as well. If you ditch your own executives in all respects who represent the company its meaning less. There is no management only cheaters can survive under this shelter which is common in our society . Heavy politics by management even manipulating the turnover after the end of the month . For doing cost cutting they ask to leave old employees then hire Freshers in lower salary for doing cost cutting....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
