my work is to develop the reports which are requested by business and help business get their day-to-day activities without much hassle. To develop a report I come up with a solution, I design and build the objects/code as per the requirement.

no learnings into new technologies, Politics, appraisal is only to the people who licks boots of their managers, they will ask for productivity with out giving sufficient resources. They cut 10% ctc as bonus never pay bonus on time generally 2 months delay.

One of the worst management ever encountered. HR is for name sake, they do work based on management decisions.

Dislikes

Worst management ever, compensation will be peanuts for freshers or experienced, don't join. HR is really a puppet to management.
