In lockdown they have set policy if a user is not able to achieve the 85% of targets they will getting paid for half day payment, if you is not able to achieve 50% of targets they will be absent for the day. But lockdown is no more so this policy should be removed and for they have many options like TL need to help achieve the target or pip just because not everyone be able to achieve the target if I am giving my 💯% in 8 hrs but still not able to achieve my Target and not get paid for the day is not good all the medical billing has removed this policy except gebbs....Read More
