Having a great culture will not get you a good salary. They have a worst policies, in the start during the hiring process they will say alot good about their company later during the training you'll meet alot of people who will talk about shit for the company, later in the stage you'll realise you are definitely in the wrong place.... They so call the best policy which is that they will record your performance and once they see you are doing enormously better than others they will remove you from the company providing the information that you were not too good for them or you were doing too much which isn't good for them.......Read More
