Growth is slow, no any training and work pressure is too high, Managers do not value an individual's strength,interest and ability. He is like a Blind person who always believes in his senior person review about fresher/new joined,no encouraging/supporting.

Very very bad work experience in my tenure while i was in GEA Pharma Process Engineering,very tension/hectic creating ,job insecurity , no work training at all, and high pressure for work.

Salary and Compensation. No growth opportunities within GEA. Once you spent 5 years in GEA there are very few option for job change for growth. GEA exp. has no value to grab job in O&G companies after spent 5 years. Global Engineering Pool top leadership is very reluctant.
