Work pressure is way too high and work timings way too long for a regular school, which eventually hampers work life balance.

My experience of working there was very good, I got to learn a lot there and the whole school was like a family, it was great to work there, they supported each other There we learned many things through online lesson plan activities..

Dislikes

There were some things that I did not like at all, like we were not able to give time to our family, we were busy all the time, we were not able to pay any attention to our children, more attention was paid to the teachers' part.
