I take pride being the part of Goenka as it is the best in terms of everything.

Dislikes

At times i find the timing more but i am equally aware of the competitive world and its constantly changing demands.

Work Details

I enjoy working in the institution as it makes me feel that i am at the best place,best colleague and best Management.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employee Benefits

Its like my family. So there is no fixed thing in terms of facilities.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
