Likes

The company working is completely customer oriented. It's projects are with in area of Delhi/NCR. Main plus point is that it's owners are very conscious to quality. All people work in team environment. I feel very proud to work with this organisation

Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

The work pressure is too high. Employees do not work less than 12 hrs. To achieve goal of timely completion of work. Managers are not allowed for freehand working payment schedules are not followed strictly. Vendors are it's own and are not much competent.

Generally speaking my work is very hectic. It will have great learning manner .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
