People in Gati is good, company keep updated staff with various training, if you don't want normal growth then can work with company for long life, carrier growth is normal there, salary and appraisal all depends on your performance, more you perform more you get, politics is not too much but you know some people always in every industry which plays games like politics, if you work in company then every day we will learn something, work environment is good if are honest about your work then can easily spend enough time in company, also can give time to family but you need to finish your work efficiently ....Read More
