Overall gatikwe is a company , where you can learn lot of things because it is very huge company with different department . I had also worked for approximately 08 years in versatile function like retail / operations / scm / customer key account / channel partner development and learnet lot of things .

Dislikes

If I am talking about our company salary / appraisal and policies it's really very pathetic . I was joined Gati kwe as Executive and after spend my valuable approximately 08 years still and got position Senior executive after cleared so many company internal exams so we can say that employee growth is very poor in this company .

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
