There is no good point , this is government job who are stays here more then 25 years , they wont move out of company , they wont allow new or experienced persons in there place its game how to throw them out .

There are all old people 1960s they dont know how fast technology growing not even upgrading, people dont have knowledge on their area but still try to act as , because of them company is growing , uneducated management its school type behavior always shouting on floor with that knowledge ..
