Very Worst management, conspiracy, No TA DA claim , No self-respect . Specially Guwahati branch is totally corrupted. Service advisors are pathetic. They don't know how to behave with others. Service Head is a puppet of service advisors . He has no brain. Service Advisor gives instructions to the service head. Don't join. Otherwise you will regret forever.

Worst culture, no life only work, you have to work as a donkey. You will get training but after training you become a slave, if you work good and make it better it will harm you because no salary increases but work load increases. Full of politics between engineers, service advisor having ego issue. If you do good you will get attention but it will kill you also by excessive work load. Sunday is also in work day but you'll not get any leave against that. If you are sick while working, it is your fault, you will suffer but company wants report only. Nothing to like here...Read More

No promotions neither salary increament. Job is not secure. Senior workers never do support to new joining or new comers. There are so many politics. Not even leave is fixed in this office. Overall not good for work. Every one gives preference to the bengoli people. Also cast and religion related judgement is there which is not good for working environment. Overall It is a very bad company.
