Recently we have inaugurated new infra in terms of new dining hall, RO drinking water coolers at short distances, new washrooms, locker room, enhanced pantry services, with focus on cleanliness and hygiene, pick up and drop facility to nearest station, inter-location commute ... etc.

We have launched new HR policy manual in 2023 and circulated to all covering most topics to bring transparency and to reduce query. New dining hall inaugurated for the employees, however, shift wise timings are fixed. Accommodations are limited; however, the nearby towns offer plenty of options to the employees who have different preferences.

Last two years we have switched to alternate Saturday off in addition to the regular weekly off. Employees have some flexibility to choose rotational off. Annual leave quantum and festive holidays is also slightly increased.

We have triad of employee insurance coverages for all our employees i.e. GMC, GTL and GPA adequately covering for all risks and on occasion the Company has also used corporate buffer to cover the employees. Focus is also on L&D internally driven and soft skills program conducted with external trainers.
