We have manpower, which is pretty stable in terms of average tenure, and attrition which is lower than industry average, annual hikes along with performance bonuses are performance linked and one of the best in the industry. The Company focuses on development, engagement and retention of employees, grievances are sorted promptly with the involvement of the line managers.

Recently we have inaugurated new infra in terms of new dining hall, RO drinking water coolers at short distances, new washrooms, locker room, enhanced pantry services, with focus on cleanliness and hygiene, pick up and drop facility to nearest station, inter-location commute ... etc.

Last two years we have switched to alternate Saturday off in addition to the regular weekly off. Employees have some flexibility to choose rotational off. Annual leave quantum and festive holidays is also slightly increased.
