The overall culture of the organization is good but the management as such are not ready to directly listen to the employee. It's always either through a middle man from the department who definitely want tell the truth. If they start talking to employee directly rather than any mediator then they ll understand the truth because if the depend on mediation they the employee are at the mercy of these people....Read More

Dislikes

The company as such was good only the senior Embryologist was terrible to deal with not allowing his fellow juniors to learn anything. He was the most insecured person which is why we never got any opportunities. The management was also blinded by his words as they believe he is some kind of saviour for them. Poor people don't know what is happening inside the closed doors, I really pity them.
