Absolutely nothing. One thing is for sure your job role is going to change anyway after few months and you will become expert in paa chata of your bosses.

Worst management ever. Expert in cutting the salary of employees without valid reason, there is no job security at all. They will treat you like naukar. Be aware of Murari Mohan Ghosh, who think that he’s the MD and will harass you like anything and if you pick up a fight with him then let me tell you, he has the power to fire you anytime as he is an old employee and expert in office politics. I didn't like anything about working with Ganesh Grains Limited. Worked as a Chartered Accountant, the highly unprofessional company I have ever worked with.

I recommend not to Join the company as dere is no Job security. Highly unprofessional company. Being the oldest (1936) dere values and behaviour are also very old. One man show as no heirchy only MD decision or approval. Whenever dey want to sack you, dey will transfer to u in any depar tment and dan u r force to resign. Further, they will not give any Salary for the last month you worked and that's how dey maintain their PROFIT & LOSS. Lot of politics are dere in the company. Like the pay cuts, no increment, incentive cut, TA, DA cuts, overloaded work pressure, untimely working hours, late salary, salary cut due to late coming, salary cut due to leaves, no work no pay policy.
