Absolutely nothing. One thing is for sure your job role is going to change anyway after few months and you will become expert in paa chata of your bosses.

Dislikes

Worst management ever. Expert in cutting the salary of employees without valid reason, there is no job security at all. They will treat you like naukar. Be aware of Murari Mohan Ghosh, who think that he’s the MD and will harass you like anything and if you pick up a fight with him then let me tell you, he has the power to fire you anytime as he is an old employee and expert in office politics. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
