Great environment for trainees. Great opportunities to learn, grow and lead. You have chance to put your opinions in front of upper management but please don't expect more. Focus on safety is good but will need improvement. You can see and learn closely about all the departments in the organization.

Dislikes

Managers are experienced but are unable to take strong decisions because most of them are not professionally exposed to other organizational cultures. Deadlines are respected seldom. Appraisals are mostly biased and unnecessarily stringent and time consuming. One will be doing donkey work most of the time. Even technically competentpeople from ICT, NIT, IITs, BITS will have to work on worthless tasks. People are less professional, make decisions subjectively and most of the times you have to maintain personal relationships to get the job done....Read More

Any other Exprleriance person no support and no any help. Some facility change in the company. Like additional weekly off and overtime not getting for shift incharges 5 years party not organized Last three year. Mobile phone not allowed in experience person but GET person is allowed.
