This is one place which doesn't value employees. Growth is on the basis of how much u butter your seniors and not on unbiased reviews of one's performance. Most people who want to learn and grow in career should avoid being in this messy place. HR is just namesake and employee with a grievance would be forced to resign and move out protecting the top management.

Dislikes

Biased management, disrespect to employees capability, non renumeration of good work.

Work is good. But for the people you work they do not value your contribution and take it for granted almost treating you like personal slaves.
