overall it is a very nice company to work for the staff was very friendly althought I am not from their native place also but there are some of the managers and staff that are very irritating and give mental pressure and sometimes makes me feel like going to depression and managers doesnt value the hardwork that I put to get the work done and make it perfect and work hours also it is not like of others my team i had to work extra many times sometime only to eat my lunch also i cannot get the time because of the managers pressure and also the manager is intererfering my personal life inwhich she should not do that because I go there to work not to share my personal life and privacy....Read More

Work Details

future group is a retail company and as a staff there my job is to do the global counting as soon as i reach the work place so that my stock wont get the shrinkage and to do the sale to achieve my monthly target without fail.
