I must tell this company is the worst among all the companies I have worked with even more than BAjaj Finserv. The management,the HR team everyone is just pathetic. The only thing good was timely salary.

I work with FGLI company last 8 year with good performance and deliver as per organisation required but after 8 year realize that if you not perform 6 month senior ask for leave. Good 8 year given to organisation but no one intrested in vintage employee.

In our channel there is no appraisal, we need take promotion for salary hike i am not talking about myself but behalf of my colleagues who short for the promotion .

Their are lots of sacrificed like cluster/regional lavel pressure no one solution only pressure all time Google meeting & unwanted pep after lots of challenges we suffered with banks activities those persons are warn morning to evening each time

Zero overall. Top management is good for nothing. From the time of interview, they will keep asking you for policy. If you cannot give any policy then they will say your salary will be on hold and You will recieve Termination letter. Think before you join, if you have good relationship and can built good agency then go otherwise think twice. No holiday for you even in Sunday too.
