Training is all over good but career growth is very slow and terrible,salary and appraisal also not their enough, politics is high upto sky limit,no innovation,work-life balance is average,teammates are good but supervisor are looking for all their own profit.

Biggest demerit of future generali is they all are in following traditional work style all are unskilled and politics is up to high level Management. job security is not their and pressure is always high on every front line sales people.

My boss Ananda sagar Mishra is a good manager.but Area Manager jyoti prakash sahoo always thinking fg is his own family company.anybody can't work in this company long time due to Area manager.
