Worst company till now work timing is not fixed they often make me work for minimum 12 hours per day & work force is higher than the salary paid

Full work system is bad like work force .timing. salary paid .work pressure if you are not achieving their target than they will threaten you again that you will be fired

Toxic workplace, toxic CHRO, hr avp managers , no recognition of work and hardworking of employees, no support in case of unwellness of employees, without reason hr avp manager ask employee to submit their resignation otherwise CHRO will terminate the employee

Because there is a good behave of all senior person and salary , Incentive and fuels amount also released on time and all extra benefits also given to the employees and extraordinary benefits to the public also given by the organisation at CSR activities on time to time

Company is good but the Hr,B.m ,A.m doesn't have manners how to talk to the customers and from their employees even branch manager uses very rough language to their staffs .
