I wish I could write only a few, alas. I could summarize it by saying, "While working there, every time I felt this would be the worst thing happening to you, the company and CEO proved there existed a new low." I wish there existed a word LOAT (Lowest of All Time). My experience = no career opportunities, no hikes or promotions (which existed for a select few), extremely long hours, overtime, zero work-life balance, a toxic workplace, stupid timelines, and the list goes on. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Furlenco. Unfortunately, the work culture is toxic and unprofessional. Lack of transparency and communication from management - Unfair treatment of employees and favoritism - No opportunities for growth or professional development - Unhealthy work-life balance and excessive workload - Negative and unsupportive team environment
