My work exeperiance with fulham india pvt ltd is not good. Very unfair things are happened with me. Work culture & management is very bad. Company policies is not beneficial for employee. Too much work load is there. We worked there in covid 19 situation they are not allow to work totaly from home. I dont recomend to anyone for work there.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our any issues. Difficult to work there because seniors are not given any respect. Policies are not benificial for employees. Unfair things are happened with loyal peoples.

I struggled a lot till resigning date. There is lots of things for learn. Due to politics i am not happy to work there no one can support me. Work load is too much & atmostphere is very bad & very strict. Without OT i worked 10.30 hours daily
