Good work environment and culture Teammates are very supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and the give good salary.

Working with FDL is like working with people with great expertise n knowledge. You grow in both personal n professional life. Appraisal are good. Work life balance is what everyone looks for.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such to dislike about fdl. Still to count 1. Don't have canteen 2. Training can be done more often

Work is good if u understand what u r doing n achieving from it. Since employee no. is small,colleagues are good n friendly,newcomers don't feel left out

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
