As a startup, you can learn new things and how to handle pressure, and be able to work in a fast pace environment.

No job security, manager forced to achieve daily Target, manager call till 11:00 pm for sales, hectic job, they push to call 150 calls and achieve minimum 2 hr of talk time with one sale, after a month every day feels like a hell👹, you notice that thing at some point you think what you do with your life.

They give good salary to the employees. After I left the job, they gave me my pending amount on time.

Seniors, managers as well as the teammates are not at all helpful and cooperative. Their strategy keeps on changing frequently which makes it difficult for the employees to work with a particular strategy which they are used to and which they are perfect at. They pressurize the employees to work according to the new strategy which changes daily. They keep on changing the price of the product. For example - the product which is of two thousand rupees today, they will pressurise the employee to sell that product for rupees ten thousand , the very next day. This is worst organization inhave worked with. They do not value employee's efforts. So much of politics, hierarchies hire people from thr previous organizations. If you raise your voice against anything wrong, they will fire you . Zero job security. They can fire you at anytime. Such a unethical place to work with
