As a startup, you can learn new things and how to handle pressure, and be able to work in a fast pace environment.

No job security, manager forced to achieve daily Target, manager call till 11:00 pm for sales, hectic job, they push to call 150 calls and achieve minimum 2 hr of talk time with one sale, after a month every day feels like a hell👹, you notice that thing at some point you think what you do with your life.

Very low sale, incentive, sales head is having 3 years of experience overall. They laid off me along with 400 other without any mail or notice. Only Fake sale can save you. They have different type of leads like workshop lead, course buyers, inbound marketing leads. If they give you workshop lead you will never be able to achieve Target. Trust me this is 100% genuine information. Working hours 12 hours +. You will learn nothing. 150 calls + 3 hours talktime is kra. Super liars. It's been 10 days I had left the company. This is worst organization inhave worked with. They do not value employee's efforts. So much of politics, hierarchies hire people from thr previous organizations. If you raise your voice against anything wrong, they will fire you . Zero job security. They can fire you at anytime. Such a unethical place to work with
