There are very good team mates in many departments in the company and many of them are very sincere & dedicated, especially down the level staff.

Dislikes

No proper hierarchy set by the top management & hence no respect to the managers ( middle management & below) including senior managers. No proper work flow set with different desks such as sales, customer service, operations, documentation & accounts and there is no check points on each jobs until it reaches accounts without proper supporting docs mostly.

Work Details

As I used to work in a much professional work atmosphere, I could not accommodate myself with 4 ft x 3 ft work station where I couldn't keep my lap top & a diary. It was supposed to be temporary arrangement which took 7 months. That too in a hall.
