This company is very worst company in all over world becoz this company was not supporting there staff ,the owners behaviour was very bad ,even there is so many rules and regulations just like (if you are not coming on time the money will deducted of each and every second ) and there is no future in this company becoz this company paid a salary in cash not any bank account. So according to my knowledge this company is not be able to higher a employee so gyus go forward to other companies....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
