I am very much convinced with the fact that FMG/ FMTI is one of the stable and Secure companies I have worked for in my entire career. We have very transparent management team and friendly environment, our policies are very good and we are more employee friendly. Our work culture is the best. We have very nice people around and from across all parts of the country, which is the beauty of FMTI.

I have worked in this company for 1.5 years. When I informed the company about maternity leave, I was constantly tortured. They kept asking me to resign and leave the company. The moment I went for my maternity leave, they relieved me from the company. They are very partial, they have let lot of my colleagues work from home but when I was in need they denied and made me feel helpless.
