In short words it was grt experience working with focl. Grt job security good benifits in beining later on it was litbit disappointed but i love to work with FOCL .It was my first and last cruise line in my ship career.

In early days it was grt atmosphere to work with FOCL specially in BOUDDICCA.But now days i felt also together with my colleague that new SQM ruls and regulations wich was realy not useful .before NEW SQM CONDITIONS all of us were very happy and same side all of our gust were realy happy and satisfied with our service and our company to them but now all crew member under NEW SQM pressure because cew not happy so it affects on service to our guests .some rules are gud but sume wich we can follow only in specialty restaurant not on ship that was my big disappoint rest i love work with FOCL...Read More

I start in Focl as utility boy in resto but then i move on and i got quick chances to finally i reach up to winlelocker handler it was grt to work with FOCL

The management .The life is not the way it should be compared to other companies where is crew is well taken care.The is no retention policy and no one cares if you leave.
