Hiring is continuously running every day, because once employees trapped in organisation they just wait for their 1st salary and also they may got, but if they got then they have get lots of abusing langauge on personal level and mental pressure, You can assume that Agent leave organisation frequently after 1st salary, Not a single outsiders TL, AM, Manager Senior Manager stay for their 2nf salary. Now above have a certain level of mental strength, But you can shock that AGM level employees who have maximum mental strength are not ready to stay for 1 month....
