Absolute lack of work culture. No information of the way forward. Most employees have not been paid since June 2020. Only tenured teachers and teachers belonging to a certain geography are being given the opportunity of taking online classes and the company has been treating others like they don't exist. They follow a 6 day working p olicy where the 6th day is just time wasted at the office, most often. Company/ management is willing to bend over backwards to accommodate student behavior and misdemeanor because they pay fee, whereas teachers are often embarrassed while doing so<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Teachers lose half day's salary if they are even a minute late</mark>. And the incentive structure is designed to make Teachers fetch new students and make existing students pay more for specialised training. No promotion No appraisal No job security No management They don't know how to talk with employees. My work is to interact with students of different areas, its quite good because i love to talk with student and talked about their carrier as well as their parents. It is challenging but good experience.

Now coming to the dislike part - if I talk about immediate seniors in Gariahat centre they are the worst people out there who create negativity in the centre , passes statement by taking the owner’s name which are later proved wrong. Their politics and misuse of statements have resulted in a lot of negativity causing huge attrition w hich the franchisee owner is unaware of. These specific people are acting as TERMITES out there....Read More
