I had been there for 3 and half months. According to me things I liked is mainly the learning part. If somebody had worked in Frankfinn sales can do any sales job. Apart from that as per as salary, appraisal , innovation are concerned it is great. I have worked in Gariahat centre so for me my Franchisee owner was very good with all of the above mentioned. Now coming to the dislike part - if I talk about immediate seniors in Gariahat centre they are the worst people out there who create negativity in the centre , passes statement by taking the owner’s name which are later proved wrong. Their politics and misuse of statements have resulted in a lot of negativity causing huge attrition which the franchisee owner is unaware of. These specific people are acting as TERMITES out there....Read More
