Good company for learning. I learned and achieved alot till now in the company. Regular appraisals/ hike. Got hike even during covid 2020 - 2022. Good incentives for achievers like cash prize, holidays, gadgets etc Good platforms for performers

Dislikes

Non performers won't like the aggressive sales environment. As incentives and other contest are for performers. So people who are hopping one job to another for hikes, sales non performers should think before.
