There is nothing to like about the company.

Worst company you can work with. Does not provide any notice period. Always hire those who are having GAP in career and then torture them in terms of achieving sales target (6x of salary) from day 1 you will receive 2 day training and then, from 3rd day they will start pressurize you to bring IA. In total they have 2 employees in sales team and every month they hire 4-5 employees and every month the old employees left or get fired. Office hours is 9:30 to 6:30. But if you came late by 5 minutes, they will start deducting your salary. Also, they mention 1 hour of break that is from 1pm to 2pm but, they ask you to have 20 minutes of break. Anyone writing good things about this company is a liar. No matter who asks you to join. Just ignore them. Don't join. Nothing to like. They will give usual excuses like no one understands them the thing is they are scammers and unless you know how to lie you can't survive.

Everything from Sonya and Gaurav Marya to Guards. The 11th floor office stinks like a public wash room, parking is paid one (rs 1500 for car and 400 for bikes), any day can be a working day, every profile is expected to do sales or some form of additional work which isn't their profile .
