Brand name and earlier leadership was good .

Dislikes

Work culture is now very toxic and all old people have left at senior manager roles .Only people who are not able to get jobs anywhere are the ones slogging.

Work environment is better,all my teammates are also helpful for each other.

Dislikes

Whole year we happy and give our 100% but when it comes to appraisal it is very poor, after giving 30% growth to company we don't get growth more than 5 to 10% and from last 3 years my basic salary is same.being on fossils pay roll I have not seen any benefit till now.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
