The most Toxic and favouritism, fully biased management (specially FR GEORGE MATHEW the most corrupt Executive Director and a Fr figure I’ve ever seen) in my life at DON BOSCO TECH SOCIETY, National Office, Dashrathpuri.. Fr George Mathew, who is completely influenced by Ms Niveditha Antony (who has been promoted as Head of Programs with unjustified hike in her salary, in Dec 2023 only due to George Mathews support) despite everyone is aware that she was not capable at all as she hardly has any programmatic knowledge, she is so insensitive that overlook all the concerns of employees who are suffering in every way , she pokes other department unnecessarily and this is why their professional relationship is much doubtful to all as George Mathew do not think for a second to support her no matter how wrong her judgements, treatments, blindly supports her and that too with zero programmatic knowledge. They both can immediately remove an employee if that is not getting liked by Niveditha and her corrupt followers in the DBSM regional office Bangalore - be it state coordinator, Regional Manager or even placement executive, and if someone is liked by her, George Mathew supports them blindly without any performance justification and if you hurt her ego you are bad in their eyes. From document’s Forgery, uploading false placement percentages, to abruptly removing an employee without anything…I’ve witness so many people right from my joining who could be given PIP and were justifying their tasks despite that due to disliking they harassed them to leave. George Mathew do not deserve to be called a Fr of such a renowned organisation who works for a great cause as he himself I behaves inhuman and his strategy who have appointed Hindu managers just to get grill them, mentally abuse them, and to get the funding grants but protecting their Christian employees under them to portray that they’re the keeper of all religions. I urge everyone who reads this to file a petition to replace Niveditha Antony and Replace her with a deserving person who don’t drag n complicate professional matters, who has positive influence on operations, funding and overall well being of the organisation. Since the time she has and he has joined organisational graph, has drastically went down. MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES HAS BEEN AFFECTED BADLY WITH THIS DUO AND STILL GETTING HARASSED BY THEIR BEHAVIOUR AND BIASEDNESS EXCEPT THE FLATTERERS AND THE PEOPLE ARE SILENT BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN HELPLESSNESS TO NOT QUIT. DONT EVER JOIN THIS ORGANISATION TILL THE TIME GEORGE MATHEW AND NIVEDITHA ANTONY IS THERE, ELSE THEY’LL EAT YOU UP MENTALLY, PROFESSIONALLY AND EVERY POSSIBLE WAY THEY’LL HARASS YOU.
