This review is specifically for IT Employee If you are software programmer you are the lowest level of employee of the company because as per their perspective you are only working on an in-house software and not generating any revenue, single manager will deal with you and make your life a living hell, he doesn’t even know how to talk to people properly and will scold you if you independently talk to HR for any issue nobody will listen to your issue all they care about their task and deadline, developer is not asked about the time to complete the task, task will be assigned and be told to complete on their timeline anyhow do it without sleeping the whole night Only thing good about the job is salary is on time...Read More

No slills development, no work life balance, no fixed timing of going home, wierd shift timings, very minimal leaves, no parking space, very bad hospital condition, rude and arrogant nursing staff, very very toxic department culture, the seniors alws talk sarcastically and in humiliating way, no person wants to work here despite offering double salary, the hospital is dependent on LOCUMS exclusively and many times even locums are not available so the DNB trainees do the needful.. the HOD sucks the blood out of the juniors.....Read More
