No work life balance, sometimes work 15 days continuously without any leave then we get comp off.. We are human not a robot, kindly increase men power, specially in physiotherapy department we are suffering.

No slills development, no work life balance, no fixed timing of going home, wierd shift timings, very minimal leaves, no parking space, very bad hospital condition, rude and arrogant nursing staff, very very toxic department culture, the seniors alws talk sarcastically and in humiliating way, no person wants to work here despite offering double salary, the hospital is dependent on LOCUMS exclusively and many times even locums are not available so the DNB trainees do the needful.. the HOD sucks the blood out of the juniors.....Read More
