Basically I was involved in sales , so challenge is always, there. I most work in the field alone, sometimes it's become monotonous. I can't share it to anyone. Sometimes it was difficult to take decision alone.

According to my experience the fellow things most harmful for the organisation. 1 these are no leaders in this company, seniors promote their followers only though (s)he don't have any qualities. 2. Most of the seniors much more involve to manipulation and politics. 3. personal preference is more important rather dedication and skill to get promotion or upgradation of an employees .4. HR always misguided and misused new comers employees as result they don't to like to work in the company long time basically this is a great lose of the company. 5. The decision maker or the departmental head/ unit head don't have much more idea regarding healthcare. 6. A group of doctors are using this company as their own propaties 7.
