HR Department is Inefficient: The HR department lacks professionalism and transparency. They were unresponsive to employee concerns and did little to address grievances. Their support was minimal, making the work experience unnecessarily stressful. 2. Front Desk (FD) Mismanagement: The front desk staff seemed disorganized and untrained, which impacted patient care and created confusion. Their lack of coordination often caused delays and miscommunication, making it difficult for other departments, including mine, to function efficiently. 3.
