The company working is very well managed and as per high-class hotel management but in case of employees there is Lake of motivation. Due to this the hotel staff frequently leave the job which effect the quality's work and effecency.

Work Details

There was no proper space and seating arrange ment and proper assistant linked with higher post staff.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Best hospitality industry in Jaisalmer. A super luxury hotel provide super hospitality and luxury experience for guest.

Management is not good. Seniors are not good for junior employees. There aren't respect for junior employees
