Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The only I liked about working at Fork Media Group is that the office was nice and hygienic.

Dislikes

No fixed time of work, even if you start working at 9 a.m, you will have to wait till 7 to leave the office. The management and HR don't know how to do their job properly. The work environment is awful. The employees that actually work don't get incentives or appraisals at all.

The upper management is really bad at handling finances. Contract workers and freelancers don’t get paid for months and employees don’t get any appraisals. Beyond this, a lot of hardwork goes unappreciated unless you suck up to the upper management.
