Likes

Conventional working methods. Stick to commorcial segment. Job security is good one here, but not the job satisfaction. Growth as financial and career is poor. No team buildings.

Dislikes

Work culture. Employee's curricular and financial growth.

Work Details

Work culture is bad. No good team work. Less opportunities for improvement.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
